Shipping Policy

Shipping times can fluctuate significantly due to the complexity of logistics involved in every order. After an item leaves our fulfillment center, its progress is determined by various factors that are beyond our control. While the distance between the origin and destination is a primary consideration, other factors such as carrier workload, regional demand, seasonal fluctuations, and environmental conditions can also impact delivery speed. Typically, most orders are delivered within an estimated time frame of ten to twenty business days, excluding weekends and public holidays when shipping operations may be limited or paused.

At times, unexpected events can cause delays in the shipping network. Severe weather conditions, surges in demand, transport disruptions, and labor shortages are examples of challenges that may arise and delay deliveries both domestically and internationally. Despite our best efforts to collaborate with shipping partners for efficient processing and timely dispatch, some delays are simply beyond our direct control. In such instances, we kindly ask for our customers’ patience as carriers work to address any backlogs and restore normal delivery schedules.

Because shipping conditions can change during transit, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Once an order is processed, its shipping details are finalized, and changes such as updating the delivery address or redirecting the package cannot be made. This is why it is important for customers to double-check their shipping information before completing their purchase. Ensuring that all address details are accurate and complete helps to avoid delays caused by sorting issues or incorrect routing, and ensures packages reach their correct destination on time.

Once the package leaves our facility, its movement is entirely handled by the chosen carrier. The shipment may pass through multiple distribution centers and checkpoints, each subject to its own set of conditions. Factors like high shipping volumes, regional demand, weather-related delays, and additional security procedures can all influence the speed at which the shipment moves through the network. In rare cases, a package may be temporarily placed on hold if there are discrepancies with the address or if further confirmation is needed before delivery can occur. Additionally, if an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the item will be removed from the order, and customers will be notified with a refund issued for that part of the order.

All orders come with free shipping, regardless of order size or destination. Depending on the carrier and delivery location, a signature or recipient’s presence may be required upon delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically make one or more additional attempts. However, repeated delivery failures could result in the package being returned to us. If this occurs, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. To avoid missed deliveries, we encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and make arrangements to be available during the expected delivery window.

Order status and tracking details can be easily accessed through the tracking feature on our website. This tool allows customers to track the progress of their order at various stages, from preparation and shipping to its journey through the carrier’s network. These updates are intended to provide transparency and keep customers informed during the transit period.

There are instances where an order may be delayed, canceled, or unable to ship. Some common causes include out-of-stock items, delivery destinations that are not supported by the carrier, orders requiring physical delivery when only a PO Box is provided, or issues with payment verification. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details can also result in delays or cancellations.

If a package arrives and the product does not match what was ordered, customers should contact us immediately to initiate a return and refund process. Returns are also accepted for sizing issues, although exchanges will require a new order to be placed. If a shipment is taking longer than expected, the first step is to review the tracking information. If the tracking shows inactivity or unclear status, customers are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance. We will thoroughly investigate the situation and guide customers through the best course of action to resolve the issue.
